- EWEric WellsJan 4, 20251.0The lady that delivers mail has refused and basically black listed my house from dropping off packages at my front door. This is a huge inconvenience for us. Her reasoning you may ask? She’s afraid my two dogs that bark at the window will jump through and attack her. Which is funny because my dogs are the most kind loving dogs. Of course there going to bark at strangers what do you expect? Do better for this little town! We were also never warned about being black listed. She wrote us a note saying she was afraid and I personally went in and told the lady at the front they won’t do a thing to her. There inside for gods sake. And btw no one else is afraid to deliver to my house. Amazon comes here all the time. As well as other delivery services.

After two+ months of filling out claims and appeals without a resolution and a loss well above $100, I will not be going back there. Do not expect them to take responsibility for their errors as that won’t happen.

I have my doctors office calling to conform my mailing address and then I get emails stating my mail was returned. Are you kidding me. I finally talked to someone above her. They said they were gonna give her a sturn talking. Well don't think it worked well cause I have got another call from doctors and another email stating my mail was returned to them.

I get my medications from the VA via the post office, so I always order early after what happened a year ago when my packages started coming up missing then reappearing later.
