I have been waiting for over a month for my mailbox key I was told it would be a couple days and then a couple weeks now they don’t know when I will get them..they said the key guy was on vacation.. and then that the key lady quit that position to work a different one.. who knows what’s really going on but I paid 40$ upfront.. I don’t think I should be charged if I am having to spend gas money every couple days to check my held mail with them..I just moved and this is one more burden.

If you understand the rules that Carriers must follow you wouldn't take it out on them. I'm retired, 99% of customers do not know what they go through. The majority of their actions are controlled by management's decisions. If you're on a rural route, their contract does not constitute door delivery, so if you're not receiving packages that is why. It's a Carrier annex, not a retail store. The phones don't work due to high volume, so they're automatically voice-mailed. If you have a problem, set up a Usps account, then you can "file reports/ questions." Always talk to the carriers, they can help you more than a clerk, if they're your carrier leave notes, ask questions. Can't take it out on carriers who follow instructions. Always look up problems before blaming, 85% of these complaints are self inflicted. They do their best, 6 days a week, they're not machines.

Recently, there was one young man behind the counter who was friendly and helpful. But in 5 years, that is the only time I have had a good experience. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and it has been doing this for over a year. Previous reviews here confirm that. Long story short, you are stuck with poor service if you have to deal with this location. There is nothing you can do about it. Unless you are lucky enough to get that one guy.
