    I came in with a prepaid lable and they didn't even bother telling me they created a whole new label. (This creates a mess for selling in eBay), didn't know they had done that till it was too late and they were unwilling to help even though I had just dropped off minutes ago. If it wasn't for eBay letting me change the number I would be screwed. I have also had multiple weird interactions with staff at this location in particular, not all but some of them have been pretty rude. I know it's a tough place to work but this location in particular is just not friendly, to the point I recommend driving to other nearby post offices if at all possible.

    20mins with the stupid automated system bc god forbid you have a talk to a customer service representative option. Finally got to a person which she was really nice but couldn’t do what I needed. 30mins to find out I have to go into store. It doesn’t have to be this hard

    Tried to call numerous times to solve an issue and the process of automated robots kept hanging up. Then I tried another number and it wanted a 'remote access code' which I dont have then hangs up on me. So frustrating when all I want it to ask one question to an employee. Someone make a different mail carrier or at least fix the phone problem.

    Their mailmen continue to drop off packages to my apartment parcel box & NEVER LEAVE THE PACEL KEY IN MY MAILBOX? I have now lost 3 packages because of this & it’s beyond pathetic at this point. Just lazy & inadequate workers.
