- EEESDec 20, 20251.0I came in with a prepaid lable and they didn't even bother telling me they created a whole new label. (This creates a mess for selling in eBay), didn't know they had done that till it was too late and they were unwilling to help even though I had just dropped off minutes ago. If it wasn't for eBay letting me change the number I would be screwed. I have also had multiple weird interactions with staff at this location in particular, not all but some of them have been pretty rude. I know it's a tough place to work but this location in particular is just not friendly, to the point I recommend driving to other nearby post offices if at all possible.

Then I tried another number and it wanted a 'remote access code' which I dont have then hangs up on me. So frustrating when all I want it to ask one question to an employee. Someone make a different mail carrier or at least fix the phone problem.
