Jon, the clerk who assisted me, said I didn't need a new laptop, that he could get this one connected and running just fine. And he did! He then showed me the office chairs on sale and I was amazed at the way it fit. Then I found out it had a heating element and a massage in the back. Amazing!! He took the time to show us how to put it together, and even loaded it in the van for us. He explained the protection plan for both the laptop and the chair. I have been to Best Buy and Office Depot and have never gotten service or prices like this. Jon was over and above caring for a customer. I will never bother "shopping around" anymore. From now on if I have office needs I'm going straight to Staples. Thank you Jon.
