  HALLELUJAH for Meddy Mary! Not only did she redeem our faith in packaging stores, but she single handily, changed the entire trajectory of our day! (I mind you, this was our 3d attempt at finding the correct sized box, and wrapping supplies to accommodate a rather obscure object, that needed to make it to Denver safely). Mary, not only took my stressed phone call with ease, but greeted us with devotion. She wrapped our package so safely, that a live baby would have survived the journey. She turned this into a life mission, and workout, folks! The amount of padding was so intense, that she had to remove her jacket in order to stuff that box! Now that’s something. Many thanks to our new friend, and superhero (Mary), for outshining your competition, and handling our request with grace, ease….plus, a smile that could light the world on fire. You just earned two new customers, along with roughly 3,000 humans that we know in the Rouge Valley. EXEMPLARY customer service and value! FedEx over UPS, if you want quality and personalization…. Bless 🙏🏽

  3 people working, 0 people know what they're doing. Bring in a QR code to scan to pickup a package and it turns into the computer scene from Zoolander. I cannot wait for this place to shut down and just become a kiosk operated by a robot.

  Local staff is friendly & helpful, but corporate policy sucks. If you walk in and ask to have something printed (25 copies each of 2 different 1-page documents), they ask if you would like that the same day. Duh, it's 50 pages. How long could that that, right? Uh, no. They're asking because if you say yes, they charge you an ADDITIONAL $17.50 for expedited printing. Needless to say, I waited until the next day to pick it up. Then, when I went to pay, their card terminal asks if you have read and agree to all of their terms on their website. Well, I have not been on their website so I have not read their terms, so I select "decline" and they won't process my payment. So I said, "Fine, I will pay with cash or check instead," and I was told it doesn't matter what form of payment it is. They won't process your payment until you click "I agree." I asked how someone is supposed to agree to something they haven't read and was told I could leave, look up the terms on their website and come back and agree. That should not be legal to do to customers.

  Walked in with no greeting, waited for the people in front of me to be helped. They walked away from the counter and since I was not greeted I assumed that I just walk up to the counter. I walked up and Daniel was finishing taping a package. I said politely “I just have a QR code for there whenever you are ready for me” and he proceeded to look at me and say “Are you going to wait for me to finish or stand there and tell me what to do like I’m your dog”.. I couldn’t believe it, it was the rudest and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I am a manager at a retail location and I couldn’t imagine any of my employees EVER treating a customer this way. I may never go back to this store and would put zero stars if I could.

  Absolutely chuffed at the assistance the leader of the Biddle Rd location - She provided a critical to complete life protecting shipment to us above and beyond expectations. Please give consideration to your shipments for Fed-Ex and the Biddle Rd group hence and you'll be well cared for!!! I certainly was and I'm jaded... Thank you!
