- DCDubious Creature5 days ago1.0They misdeliverd my mail with my credit card information and medical information to a similar address that I've never lived at. The mail person needs to learn how to read. I will be placing a formal complaint as soon as I find out who is in charge of my route. Simply pathetic

And yes I checked my house and mailbox, my usps tracking had the address and everything she told me she doesn’t have anyone to sort through packages right now, I asked if she would at least look it up and she said no ma’am. Don’t get me wrong she wasn’t rude with her words but that just baffled me there was someone right behind her doing what it looked like sorting packages. When she wasn’t at the counter and there were two separate employees she was in the back, it was a simple and small package. I could have waited on the side but I was told I couldn’t be helped, what happens when I come back tomorrow and I’m told the same thing?
