- NCnate cristler4 days ago3.0Love their service, but for some reason they've started locking the lobby doors early. Meaning, there's a sign on the door that says Saturday and Sunday the lobby door gets locked at 5pm, but it's frequently locked half an hour or more before hand. Gets frustrating when you cant make it there earlier and expect them to be open until 5. So if it's important it gets in the mail, make sure you get there well before their posted hours

And yes I checked my house and mailbox, my usps tracking had the address and everything she told me she doesn’t have anyone to sort through packages right now, I asked if she would at least look it up and she said no ma’am. Don’t get me wrong she wasn’t rude with her words but that just baffled me there was someone right behind her doing what it looked like sorting packages. When she wasn’t at the counter and there were two separate employees she was in the back, it was a simple and small package. I could have waited on the side but I was told I couldn’t be helped, what happens when I come back tomorrow and I’m told the same thing?
