mail gets left out in the rain and postal staff talks to other members of the community complaining that “so & so” needs to quit ordering so many packages. Very unprofessional

Mariah is the best.
To those complaining about not getting Amazon packages delivered, that's because Amazon didn't want to pay UPS anymore.
The person delivering your mail bid for the mail contract, without knowledge that Amazon would be dumping all their packages on our small town post office. How many parcels do you think she can fit in her Toyota Prius?
Blame Bezos.

The Mapleton postal service is a serious joke. The employees are rude and they are refusing to deliver packages. A part of their job description is to deliver packages they have stopped delivering packages everywhere and are making people pick them up instead. They are payed to deliver packages there a postal service that’s what they should be doing. Every time I go to this post office I am treated poorly along as many others in the Mapleton community.

The staff at this post office is extremely useless. We had forgotten an item at a rental home and we needed the owner of the rental to ship it to us. When I personally called to ask the for the price of the shipping the staff member (a woman) stated "Yea I have already been on the line with her 6 times today." She was no help when I asked for what our options were. What a bunch of useless jerks.
