- CCChristineJun 21, 20241.0I used to Love this post office when we had people working there for a long time, then we got new people in and they have constantly been sending back mail that has my home address. There are alot of places that don't except PO Box addresses so I use my home address. Never once have I had a problem with getting all my mail, now the new person that works there gives me an excuse, we would have to take time to look up you home address so we know what PO Box it goes to and we dont have the time. Stop being lazy, you guys are only open a few hours during the week, hours most people are at work and can't get to the post office. I didn't ask for a PO Box but i have to have one cause they don't deliver mail to our homes. This is just plain ridiculous and stupid. I have lived in other smaller towns and we got mail delivered to our home. But since we can't get mail to our home in Malin, then they should at least accommodate us people that live there and not send our mail back because it has our home address. I am beyond upset about this. Things have to change.
