- TNTim NirkJan 30, 20261.0Not going to help much writing a review since it's not possible for you to choose another mail service, but these USPS Madras mail people in particular are the most incompetent mail people I've ever known in the 5 years I've been in Madras. Lost mail, mail delivered to wrong addresses REPEATEDLY, forwarded mail not being forwarded but sent back to sender. They really mess it all up. Judging by their rating here I'm not alone.
- SPS PowDec 3, 20251.0I was just buying stamps recently and the rude women staff do not have any personal skills what so ever. This women staff member preferred Spanish speaking people even when they were third in line. The woman staff was speaking to the customer in a foreign language before the Spanish speaking customer was at the counter, they were pulled forward and given preferential treatment. When asked what happens when at the credit card station if you use the frown smile face option to reveal the unprofessional conduct the woman staff said....oh we don't even check that. Next step is going up to the managing Postmaster and up. What happened to all the friendly staff in Madras Post Office? I'm thinking they also could not stand the preferential treatment behind the scene and moved on. So very sad.
