This place is baffling I have never seen a local post office so bad at their job. They lose Mail all the time, I even get a photo of pieces of mail emailed to me saying it well be delivered that day or the next couple if something happens and sure enough I won't get it i call they just say that process isn't reliable for deliverys. I always ask you mean delivery dates? They say no deliverys in general. My response is all ways the same where did you get the picture from then then? of course it must just be running late always comes next.. but I have called weeks, days ,and even months later asking and it's the same dumb answer. they lose a piece of my Mail at least once every two week totally incompetent. on a side note I just received mail dated a month and a half ago and not just one there was 4 piece all with the same mailed date on them.

Our mailbox is huge, and our parking area is huge, but USPS refuses to deliver packages or even drop them off in our driveway. So we are stuck waiting all weekend for our stuff and then having to drive all the way to Lowell just to pick it up. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, public servants are the epitome of laziness these days.

Not sure why but this post office refuses to deliver packages to us. Says our gates always locked (its not) The dogs, they have a fenced area to where they cant even come into the front area. And on top of that they mark our packages undeliverable then don't release them till way later. All of this happens while we watch the same mail people back into our neighbors yard and honk for them to come out and get their packages.
