  Horrible service. Have called multiple times with no answer. If you’re providing services pick up the phone or be properly staffed.

  3 stars only because a few employees who really showed the govts brightest and beat side the way it should be. Even went straight to upperhead to make things happen. You are super awesome, and that, you 3 are my govt! Gas lighting I've truly noticed from others here too, where even other customers beside me had snorted and personally laughed to themselve, as they'd perfectly seen it too - as my personal front counter agent really put it out on me. As soon as the next customer came from behind me, i mean it was a completely different show. I was like wow! It really took on a show for upperhead management here, which im shocked and surprised too! As you eill read on what I've seen happen here fron management elsewhere, but what I've seen lacking sway from hr... Even the other 3 customers about me had seen that one! It was a dirty cheap move. It shows me the regular govt side our America is desperately seeking resolve from. I had just written a very good lengthy review even - till i realized after i saved it - the branch was a different one clear across the country! It had truly remarkable comments and I'd believed it was this branch too, here at lincoln city oregon (bit at Devil's lake road!)I found this one and its reviews, an realized what i had experienced is a typical experience for this branch, and overlysighted and experienced event also. when utilizing the system here, Wow! Thanks govt - you serve your people, and country so well! You really have painted the us govt's face as a bright positive exterior character, to the world who also has access to this post and others here, as a really bad example the internal govt's body. Only 3 employees here, have the utmost perfectcexample not only how employees should behave, but also how the body of our system should be to its people, to its citizens. Each branch of the govt, regardless its least thought of branches - but is still the us govt andbshouod be proud and shouod have a proud and utmost and upright persona at the worlplace - especially at the united states' workplace. To those here at this branch showing us our american heritage and pride dignity and spirit showing yoursleves as the body of our government in its true bright and solidly gold and shiny force that it is supposed to be to uts citizens, I thank you and salute you for your service comrads! 🙏🫡🙇‍♂️ you few our my govt!🫡

  Another 'return to sender' customer here. The tracking of the package shows it being 'returned' the same morning it arrived. Reviews paint a story of a 'lazy' post office unwilling to help customers get their mail... They have a phone number and an email, and yet it seems they are more keen to stamp 'return to sender' on a package than contact a customer to arrange delivery or pickup. How has undelivered/returned mail been such a long-standing issue at this particular post office? Sounds like keeping this location's post master in place is a major leak of tax-payer dollars. Edit: From 1 to 3 stars... I have since visited the post office to try and remedy the issue. They advised me of the possible reason for not delivering and recommended I use 'general delivery.' I since had a number of packages held for me for pickup at the post office and have been met by friendly staff.

  Tried picking up my package as I always do, asked for my ID and I didn’t have it with my, so I offered a photo of my id or verification of address, i offered proof and he said “a photo can be faked, I don’t know you”. This has never been an issue in the countless times i have picked up my packages from this facility. Pretty upset my guy

  Pathetic. Leave packages in standing water, too lazy to walk 15 feet to avoid ruining peoples orders. Unbelievable and pathetic. Worst mail carrier ever. Disgusting
