They don’t help you, they give you the runaround and rob you requesting payment for holds when they are in the wrong. An associate named, Aaron; instead of assisting me because he clearly didn’t know how to, told me to leave. Told me to leave for needed assistance. Unbelievable. The manager as well is lethargic and didn’t care what so ever and refused to help me. Worst I’ve ever seen. Time to hire competent people!
- BCBrandon CurlOct 20, 20251.0The postmaster refuses to deliver boxes because she’s lazy. I’ve called dozens and dozens of times over months and they’ve never answered the phone. I once asked the postmaster to be handed my PO Box contents because I forgot my key and she loudly exclaimed to everybody in the lobby including the staff, that if any of the staff were to do that they would be promptly fired. She said it with joy, and a smile on her face. Overall, just a terrible postmaster. Lazy unhelpful, and a bad leader.

Due to our temporary residence having no postal service they continue to return packages to sender. We’ve met with PO staff three times and explained the situation, filled out their required paperwork, and yet they still return stuff. To include packages coming from Germany for a military member on PCS orders. Just today they received an Amazon package for us and immediately put it on a truck to go back. All of this even though they said they would hold our packages for us to pick up. Horrible service, no respect for military/veterans on orders in temporary housing, etc. Do better !
