- JPJessica PattonFeb 25, 20261.0If I could give half a star I would. The postal carriers are a joke. It's hit or miss if we receive our mail, rarely ever do we get packages delivered due to the postal carrier claiming "undeliverable address". If you can put mail in our box then you can put a small package in there too! Our address isn't new, our mail box is accessible from the street, our mailbox is the biggest one in a row of 3. What do you mean "undeliverable?!". We don't live in town, so going to the postal office to pick up mail that should have been delivered, isn't a quick, easy thing to do or else I'd have a p.o box.

The postmaster was also being rude to the new employee she was training. Not a good look. Two stars because another customer kindly helped my mother with her form.
- RMRobert McVayDec 30, 20251.0These people are absolutely useless. We have had issues with the mail carrier since we moved in. Now our mail is being returned by the mail carrier back to companies like our power company. The carrier has left unnecessary notes in our mailbox. We have had to come up there numerous times over the past month and a half. Absolutely nothing has been done. Today I was told that the carrier told her that she never returned anything from the power company. Yet here I am with emails from the power company saying that my power bill was returned by the post office.
