- LBLisa BensonApr 5, 20241.0I'm in utter shock by how rudely I was treated by staff in this post office. I had fraud committed using a PO Box at the Lakeside Or Location and I simply came in to ask Tom for something in writing from him stating that it isn't my box!!? He acted as if I was really out of line to ask for his assistance with this......the error is on their end to deliver a court document with my name on it to some random person in the first place and this document wasn't returned to sender so now it is an official court document for an upcoming hearing that I wasn't aware of at all. It only gets worse it was sent by a person who I have a lifetime stalking order against! I suggest that you do not open a PO BOX here & or utilize their services. You would think small town means personal service & some care-empathy for their residents but it doesn't exist at this location trust me.
