- PKPaul KmiecAug 13, 20252.0I have had a PO Box at this location for many years and I do go in occasionally for other services. It is usually ok, but in the past six months I have had two interactions which were very sub par. The first was when I went to find out about shipping my mom's ashes from the US to Poland. USPS is the only currier able to do it and I went into the office to find out more information. The person at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and went to check in "the back" only to come back and tell me they do not perform such a service. That's totally incorrect and I was able to ship my mom's ashes from a different location without any problems. The second time was when I went in to send a letter via first class mail with a receipt of sending. The lady at the counter barely spoke english and had no idea what I was asking for.

The lazy letter carrier we have won't deliver packages to the office, will mark the slip as "office closed" but our office is open literally everyday. Really hope the carrier gets in some sort of trouble with how often they lie on their parcel scans, but with how terribly the PO is ran I'm sure nothing will come of this.
