- KKKasra KDec 11, 20251.0I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this location regarding a package that had been delivered, picked back up by the driver, and held at the facility. A staff member (you know who you are) called me to discuss it, but she repeatedly talked over me and wouldn’t allow me to explain anything. When I finally asked her to let me speak so we could understand what happened, she cut me off, quickly said the package would be redelivered, and then hung up on me before I could ask any questions or confirm details. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The issue was never fully addressed, and the dismissive handling of the call left this review!

They said okay, and that it was off the truck this morning when I got off the phone with a representative just before 8:00AM. So I drove out to Lake Oswego from Clackamas to pick it up, and when I got there they said it would take hours to find it, and they'd call when it was ready. I just called FedEx again for a status update, and was informed that as of 9:23AM my package was on a truck out for delivery! Angry doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about my experience with them these past few days.
