She asked me if I could go to the shop and put together the missing parts and take them to UPS and overnight them. When I got there at 4:30 Friday night they said I needed to have been there by 3 pm to make an overnight delivery and the soonest that they could get it there was sometime Monday. I left and went to FedEx. By now it was 5:30. The agent told me the same thing that Monday would be the soonest. But then He got to work and tried at least four other options to see if there was any way to get it there the next day. He asked his boss if there was anything he missing. In the end, Monday was the earliest we could get it there. What impressed me the most was the effort put in to satisfy a customer. Your don't often see that in today's world. He wasn't able to get it out before Monday, but it was not for lack of trying. FedEx will be my first stop next time.

A staff member (you know who you are) called me to discuss it, but she repeatedly talked over me and wouldn’t allow me to explain anything. When I finally asked her to let me speak so we could understand what happened, she cut me off, quickly said the package would be redelivered, and then hung up on me before I could ask any questions or confirm details. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The issue was never fully addressed, and the dismissive handling of the call left this review!
