    Helpful staff, fast drop-off for items to be shipped via Federal Express. Even found a "just right" mailing tube to send a printed photo.

    Staff there really didn’t seem to care that I walked in, no “hi how are you today” or even acknowledgement that I was there despite two people behind the counter not helping anyone. Finally the assistant manager came over. I asked him nicely if he had a piece of tape, and he taped my small (6x6x2 in), lightweight box. He then quoted me $18 for it to be delivered in over a week. I surprisingly, not rudely, said, “that’s expensive”. He replied, “yes it is”. I told him nevermind and that I would go to the post office. As I was walking out, he said, “the post office will charge you for the tape so you planned this really well” with his Oregonian passive aggressive nonsense. I can’t. I just can’t with their smug woe-is-me attitudes. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

    The lady I spoke to was not super helpful here. I lost my receipt from a shipment. Called and they told me they don't keep records of any kind on shipments they send out and that there is no way for me to get my tracking number if the receipt is lost. They suggested I call the 1-800 number because they said the store is only related to FedEx loosely by name and is more of a print and ship center that accepts packages and then transfers to the real FedEx company... So strange. I called the 1-800 and they told me the store employee straight up lied to me and that they do have the ability to pull this information for me. Very frustrating experience with this store and some of the employees.
