- ELEvergreen Septic LLCFeb 24, 20261.0I chose this location and service to renew my passport. They partner with gov.works and I thought it would be a one stop easy experience. I spoke with 4 different employees that day while in the store, all seemed unsure of the process. I finally felt confident with the female staff member who packaged my paperwork, photo and check . Then just about 5 days later heard from gov.works that my photo was not acceptable for a passport. I paid an additional $15 elsewhere to get my photo taken and another $38 to Fed ex for a mailing label. This time I went to a different Fed ex location and experienced better service.
- MMMatt McCallyFeb 13, 20261.0The fact that this location thinks it’s okay to block 50% of the lanes leaving a large office complex at 5pm when they have access to a huge parking lot is beyond me. Inconveniencing hundreds of people trying to leave work for the day and go home so you can load your truck up is inconsiderate at best and absolutely absent minded at worst.

The online order form was incorrect but Luke gave me an option to change the order so I could still receive the print product I needed immediately. He processed my refund and helped me submit the new order without any inconvenience to my schedule. I will continue to use this FedEx print location, they rock!
