The team here deliver (pun absolutely intended) with top-notch service, real expertise, and the kind of upbeat energy that makes mailing packages feel like less of a chore and more of a friendly pit stop. They know their stuff, from how to pack the impossible to navigating the mysteries of USPS forms with Jedi-level skill. You walk in uncertain, you walk out confident your mail is in the right hands. And just like their West Linn neighbors, they’ve got personality. You can tell they know their regulars, greeting folks like old friends, sometimes even shouting out names like it’s an episode of Cheers. I still don’t know why they call me Norm here too… but I’ll take it. Five stars for the Lake Oswego crew, postal pros with heart, humor, and serious shipping game.

Sometimes I’ve had to wait while a customer in front of me dealt with a long, complicated mailing, but that is the nature of postal office customers. And the staff is as helpful and friendly with those customers as they are with me.
