- MBMycayla BertucciNov 22, 20251.0If I could give a zero star for every USPS position I would. Packages over stuffed in our mail box bending and destroying envelopes, packages "attempted" to be delivered (then being held at the carrier facility) and or delivering some of the packages but not all. Continuously calling the national office to report complaints that open an investigation with no changes. Recently ordered a package from Amazon (says its gonna be delivered on tuesday) and it got to the carrier facility 2 days after ordering, same day but later in the afternoon said it was delayed in transit. Waited until the latest date mentioned, nothing, no change outside of refund options. Got everything reordered said was gonna show up today, then low and behold they "attempted" to deliver my package but dropped off 2 different packages and not the reordered item and says its being held at carrier facility with no notification on Amazon's part until way to late. Come on guys, if you can't do the job why are you even working there? How many times do people have to submit complaints for something to actually change? Do better.

Refuse to sort mail for people who haven't lived at your address for years. Truly an abomination of customer service.

Said they would retry but Tuesday came and went with no redelivery . Absolutely horrible service. Not the first time either. Neighbors said they found their packages on the ground on the road and wrong mail delivered to people

The delivery absolutely sucks. This is the 3rd time in a week I’m having to stand in a long line at the postal office to pick up my packages
