The people are usually quick friendly walk up with your package or whatever. Oh I can't find my mail this that and the other and they take care of it no problem. I've never had a better experience here.

I ended up getting it but after bringing it home I quickly realized that it was poorly designed because my passport didn’t fit in any of the compartments in it. After attempting to return it they told me I couldn’t because it was opened even though the employee opened it. I would recommend getting something online so you can return it if need be.

I show up at 7:45am Sunday morning, doors are locked. I need to check my mail. My work schedule makes it difficult for me to show up during regular business hours. Either change your website (and door since it also says box lobby opens at 5am), or actually do what you're supposed to do and have the PO box lobby open when you should.
