- AAAprilDec 7, 20251.0According to their website, access to check your PO Box is supposed to be 5am-7pm daily. Saturday evening I was trying to check my mail at 6pm, doors are locked. I show up at 7:45am Sunday morning, doors are locked. I need to check my mail. My work schedule makes it difficult for me to show up during regular business hours. Either change your website (and door since it also says box lobby opens at 5am), or actually do what you're supposed to do and have the PO box lobby open when you should.

I ask the guy at the counter what would be the best way on getting an important time sensitive letter to someone. He had me pay for my "certified" letter and told me he would put it in the "out box?" So it wouldn't go up to Portland and that it would be there the next day. That was Monday and now it's Friday and still hasn't arrived!! Tracking can't even tell me where it is 😡 thanks a lot 👍
