I ask the guy at the counter what would be the best way on getting an important time sensitive letter to someone. He had me pay for my "certified" letter and told me he would put it in the "out box?" So it wouldn't go up to Portland and that it would be there the next day. That was Monday and now it's Friday and still hasn't arrived!! Tracking can't even tell me where it is 😡 thanks a lot 👍

- JJJohnathanJun 23, 20223.0There's been lots of issues that have been throughout the years have lost mail of mine as well as others I know of and sometimes repeatedly like when I first moved here two checks from two different states and both checks had to be reissued and one of those two checks one of them had to be reissued a third time . I've also had to file lost items a couple times cuz it is saying it was put somewhere and it wasn't. I want things I have a big pee about is they used to remember who their customers were I mean in some places no because there's too much in and out people moving but generally they would remember them or at least it wasn't stated all the time I didn't the same spot for 3 years plus another spot for a year was the same address just a different number and they still have not remembered my name because I had several times a package return just because of an error on the delivery and they could recognize my name to match it I thought that's what the computers were for.

I went down and explained my situation, and the worker went straight back and against all odds, found my letter and let me correct the issue! Life saver! So kind and helpful the staff here is.
