Makes it impossible to get your constitutionally protected right to receive mail or have it forwarded and heaven forbid you have to do general delivery because she will send it back regardless of the fact supposed to provide mail service by law regardless of residency. Or worse, doesn't forward mail after a move as required, and just send it back. Extremely petty person. Hope she likes the USPS Inspector reports and losses her job.
