    Customer service was amazing. The staff were kind and friendly. They were helpful and careful with my products I was returning. They were knowledgeable about time frames and cared about their job they were doing.

    The manager try to charge me $15.00 picking up a package which is sketchy the shipping has been fully paid by the shipper, not sure where they come up with that price, I called UPS CS. this place was with new ownership few months ago. kinda greedy and $15.00 fee for picking up a package seems like a scam. hope they send it back and not keep the package that would be a federal crime. I will get more info. and get hold of the owner of this place. BEWARE!

    Garbage service and long lines. They treat customers like the enemy. None of that matters to the owner because they are the only UPS Store in the area and have us all held captive (she made the clear to me). The rapid turnover of employees speaks volumes. Until very recently the employees were at least nice. This review barely feels worth leaving, but the experience I had while mailing a single package tanked my day and has left me worried she might toss my box in the trash instead of in the shipping pile. Fingers crossed it gets to where it's going 🤷 . I've worked nothing but customer service my whole life, it takes a lot to rile me up. Look at my other reviews, I usually only leave good ones. This was not a me problem this time around. I'm shaking.

    Taller kid with blue eyes has some of the worst customer service and listening skills that I’ve had the honor of working with who told me to go to USPS instead because it will be cheaper
