  Super easy returns. The most lovely lady works at the Keizer ups store and is always so welcoming helpful and kind. She gets things done quickly and makes customers feel valued!

  This was unfortunately one of my worst experiences at this location. I used to think the Market Street branch was the most frustrating, but this visit may have changed my mind. I may start going to the South Salem location instead. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, and she was already assisting another customer. That transaction was taking a while, which I understand happens. I was standing in line waiting for my turn. As soon as the customer she was helping left, the phone rang. It barely rang before she answered it and immediately began assisting the caller, even though I was already standing there waiting. The in-person transaction I needed was very quick and would have only required a simple scan. I found it frustrating that the phone call was prioritized over a customer who was physically present and already waiting.

  I had a document/printing challenge in front of me. Mikaela took my project, guided me and printed my copies exactly the way I envisioned. In future, when I have a project, I may just travel to Keizer and work with Mikaela. Thank you!

  I've come here for over 2 years. I mail the same thing every time. A copy of a book. Books are media mail. For the past 50+ interactions with them it cost approximately 7.89 to mail the book with media mail. Today I went to mail the very same once again and the lady said it would be 18 dollars? She also proudly proclaimed that books are not media mail. I told her she is scamming, and walked out. Literally in the same parking lot there is a usps. So I went there and got it mailed for 4.47 as you guessed it media mail. Ups store is a scam. About the only thing better is that they print a label so the mail doesn't rely on the legibility of you handwriting. I will never do business with this store again. Pure scam! If I could rate 0 stars I would.
