The printer is garbage and there was nothing the associates could do to fix it. The files would send but I have never received a confirmation email in return so that I could print my copies. I stepped outside to see if it was a connection issue and I tried the WiFi, nothing. I am certain that I had the right email, and the flies were pdfs so they are compatible with the printer. If you need to get something printed, go somewhere else.

They should really consider a cross training program. The line to simply drop off an Amazon return was more than halfway across the showroom floor. One person working the counter, with several other employees milling around. No eye contact. No apologies.
