I called Staples and they basically said there’s nothing they can do and yea, it’s a flawed system. Not okay. I’m relieved it wasn’t something more important but I wouldn’t go to Staples if you have serious mailing needs. Basically the manager said they aren’t responsible for anything and I said we could check a camera and she lazily responded I guess we could.

I purchased a rug recently on-line and unfortunately, I had not measured the hallway properly and it did not fit where I had hoped to place it. I brought the rug in, and I had no trouble returning it. It was in the original box. I was able to make other purchases while I went into the store. Everyone was very friendly.

The urinals have all but turned yellow with urine and my wife said the ladies restrooms were just as bad. I can't believe their management has let it get that bad, I'd be ashamed.
