  Arianna made having to make returns a pleasant experience! Her cheerful attitude and helpfulness will really help me in the future to want to leave my home and face what is often a very challenging task for me. I have not always had kind and friendly service here and lately I've really appreciated the employees that they've hired and their kindness and helpfulness! But today my shout out of appreciation goes to Arianna!

  Clerk decided to close the location early and was still there helping a gentleman but told me she was closed and would not help me. She was very rude about it. The hours said they were open tell 6:30pm and I arrived at 4:01pm

  They didn’t notarize my document properly before faxing and rather than refunding me for their mistake charged me twice for it. Cost nearly $70 to get something after I checked with them multiple times to do it correctly and gave them a written set of instructions on how to do it properly.
