- DBDonald buhlerDec 29, 20251.0I have been trying to get my mail for 2 days! Changed the lock on my prepaid po box with out my consent. I asked the rude front desk lady if I could just show my ID and get my mail, nope. Filled out the change of address form had a friend drop it off, they said no need to see my id. Makes sense?

This job is an important part of the community and it stinks that we have to deal with someone who plainly doesn't give a crap about the people who live here. I have lost packages and misplaced mail and she has never been helpful. Have to pull teeth to even get her to answer a question. She needs to retire.
