- DDDD DominguezJul 25, 20251.0I have a PO Box here with my daughter. For some reason, they began returning her mail to the sender. Turns out, they stopped checking the back of the PO Box application that clearly had her name on it and began returning her mail. She has been waiting for her new driver's license and they returned it to the DMV along with other important mail from her employer. Very frustrating and kind of shocked by their incompetence. Hoping this isn't their new norm for customer service.

Usps is a run around. Wasted time. Couldn't get through to the actual branch either (to at least tell them not to expect me) as the only number online is the 800 #. USPS do better.

Even though the issue was on my old post office's end, he was able to reach out to them where I was unable and get my package on it's way - within a single business day. Now, of course, we got a little lucky - so don't go expecting solutions that fast, but have confidence in the fact that they will do everything they can to solve your problem. David knows what he's doing!!
