Most of the time my gifts ie care packages and such to my family get there untouched. As of the past few months several packages have been ripped open and resealed.. and items stolen! I've reported it to the post office and nothing has been done. Most recently a gift to my niece, very expensive shoes! The post office ain't what it used to be.

Helped me get a po box and change of mailing address set up. They are very busy with how much covid is effecting the post industry but still were able to help me

Postmaster Thomas is always on top of things when I have a question/minor issue. I ship a LOT of things. Sometimes I have to go into the post office to drop them off or pay for shipping, but mostly use online services. They are always friendly and quick here.

We have lived in Jacksonville 19 years and we had to have a post office box because the post office only delivers on the other side of our street. Anyway it’s been doable up until this year when I went in to pick up extra mail. We regularly pick up our mail once a week so it was shocking that we had a tray of mail. When I got in my car I noticed several Christmas cards and Christmas shopping bills I had called on wondering where the statements were. So to my dismay I realized our mail was from December. I went back into let the worker know. He was newer and didn’t seem moved or apologetic. His response was “well we must have misplaced your mail”. I really avoid confrontation like the flu but as I’m now paying late fees and my excellent credit score is being effected my once melancholy approach has moved into I’m done with the Jacksonville Post Office. This is ridiculous that they aren’t suffering for their mistake. Totally frustrated.
