Frequently delivering items to the wrong addresses in Irrigon. USPS makes their employees work late hours delivering mail when it could be delivered during normal business hours and they could have a work life balance (see their own children after school).
This morning I was following the tracking of my package that is a gift and time sensitive. The package arrived in the Irrigon PO this morning around 8am and was returned to sender for incomplete address about an hour later. I wish I believed that our USPS was doing its job right and ethically but I no longer believe this. I'm tired of crappy customer service. Hearing, "I'm sorry" gets old. Make needed changes USPS.

Not an effective post office. Slow to process packages. Inability to learn from mistakes. The staff is rude and dismissive. They won't deliver to the door. They say they cant.. when told to place in po box they still don't. They slow everything down. Unreliable form of shipping..
