USPS makes their employees work late hours delivering mail when it could be delivered during normal business hours and they could have a work life balance (see their own children after school). This morning I was following the tracking of my package that is a gift and time sensitive. The package arrived in the Irrigon PO this morning around 8am and was returned to sender for incomplete address about an hour later. I wish I believed that our USPS was doing its job right and ethically but I no longer believe this. I'm tired of crappy customer service. Hearing, "I'm sorry" gets old. Make needed changes USPS.
