- JCJordan Christian5 days ago1.0Thank you guys!…. For nothing After purchasing a shipping label from secondary website. (HIGHLY suggested by the employee to save on cost) The employees were helpful in printing out my label, sticking it to the package in front of me and saying “you’re all set!” Except my package never even left the store, it was never scanned and has since been missing. Everyone I’ve spoken to at the storefront has only been able to say “oh that’s strange” or “there isn’t much we can do here” and redirect me to claims support. Which was conveniently denied because the employees failed to give me any kind of receipt. Dozens of family heirlooms and collectibles are gone. Everyone’s lack of “give a damn” is absolutely disappointing. Next time I’ll just burn $50 and my sentimental stuff in my front yard. At least I’ll know where it went.
