- CRChristina RoseApr 17, 20261.0I’ve come to this location multiple times and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor. During my most recent visit today , I walked in and all employees looked at me, then immediately turned back around and continued their conversation without greeting or acknowledging me. I stood there for about two minutes before anyone said anything. One employee eventually said “I can help you” without ever acknowledging the delay or the lack of basic customer service. The interaction remained cold and dismissive the entire time. I had to ask what to do with my package because no guidance was given. This wasn’t a one-time issue. This location has a pattern of being unwelcoming, inattentive, and unprofessional. A simple greeting and basic courtesy go a long way, and that standard is clearly not being met here. I will be using a different location moving forward.

I was instructed to use the machine for drop off, but there was no bin or designated spot for it. A staff member had to jump in and direct me to a different station. It's a bit of a chaotic experience for a simple drop-off, even for a package that already had a label applied.
