I'm reminded today why I try to avoid this location: chronically understaffed. The website lists an 8 AM opening time but the doors of lobby weren't unlocked until 8:17...and then it was just one employee available to assist a full line of customers. Go elsewhere if you have other options, especially if you have anywhere to be!

Anyone looking to submit for a passport first time. Don’t even try to do a walk in, and be ready to wait for whenever the clerk wants to be there. The first employee I talked to was great, but couldn’t help me due to me wanting to do my passport, and quickly directed me accordingly. The passport clerk was late by 20 mins, and based on everything shown on USPS website 10-11am is a valid walk in period. She then proceeded try and call someone’s name, who wasn’t there for their appointment and then told me no walk ins today because she’s booked and couldn’t fit me in, even though her 10am (mind you it’s 10:20 when she showed up) was a no show. This is frustrating and disrespectful conduct.

No line so giving a 2 star. Clerk at counter rushed through mailing envelope and when tried to small talk a little they mouthed back didn't care. When came up on machine to put in to rate visit. This clerk reached over and hit the green or best option, then gave a smug grin. I didn't see option to go back so finished and paid. Told clerk to have a good day were they mumbled something under their breath before responding, was already clear of counter. Maybe this clerk should find a new job after learning how to keep hands to self and learn some manners. I hope next time I need to mail something at the Post Office the experience is better.

I echo the sentiment of most of the people on here. I've dealt with this post office for years. A few of the clerks there are nice, the rest are just plain arrogant jerks. I wish the government would privatize it so we all could get professional service, efficiency, and peace of mind that the person behind the counter knows what they're doing so our mailings end up in the right place...oh, and all the jerks would be out of a job.
