    We have been loyal customers of this store for many years, regularly coming here for shipping and returns. There’s a gentleman with long hair (I believe his name is Matt) who has always been extremely helpful and made the process smooth and easy for us. However, today was very different. Matt was assisting other customers, and I was helped by a lady who was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me or smile, and her attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant. For the first time ever, I had a bad experience here. She opened my return package and laid out all the contents on the table, inspecting each item as if it were an airport security check. Of course, she did not find anything wrong as all items were there. We’ve done returns at many stores, including Whole Foods and Kohl’s, and have never experienced anything like this. Based on the way she treated me, I strongly feel that her behavior was discriminatory ( I am feeling I faced racism. Since the previous person was treated nicely). This was deeply disappointing .
