Vandy assisted me on Tuesday, October 14th and Wednesday, October 15th (2025). On both days, I needed packaging and sending services. Vandy informed me of my packing options and prices and well as shipping options and prices for each mail-out. Then she waited patiently for my responses. I also watched her carefully handled each packaging and mailing order afterwards so they would not be mixed up. At all times interacting with me, Vandy was kind and patient and showed very good and professional customer service. Thank you so much again, Vandy!
