- AEArun E4 days ago5.0I'm surprised this location has a 2.9 rating. I've gone here for my personal and official work. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. They are very appreciative of customer time. Even without asking they try to get me the most economical deals.
- JHJohn HughesFeb 22, 20263.0Good, well kept facility. However, very poor customer service as far as, personable, communicative, interaction goes. A copier ran out of paper and I asked for help. The clerk made no eye contact, and I think he said he would get more as he went to get paper. He added paper and walked off without a word. Also, failed to verify the error had resolved. It hadn’t, so I had to go get him again. This time there was zero communication, or explanation. He closed drawer a second time and when it started up, simply walked away. I don’t think he has a bad personality, I think he’s never been trained to greet, or to interact with customers. That’s a management issue, not the employee.

They don’t even offer to take my drop off which is only take them 2 minutes. They don’t have 2 minutes to take drop off but they can chit chat 10 minutes

I was glared at and not even greeted by what seemed to be a manager by the name of chondra. I understand my appearance may have caused some discomfort due to my style of clothing. However I didn't realize FedEx employees are allowed to discriminate based on appearance as well as proceed to make customers feel unwelcome and shunned for how we choose to dress. Please make sure this doesn't happen to any other paying customers in the future.

Then asked me to call a hotline to wait an hour on the phone to talk to someone. Truly unprofessional.
