If you have respiratory issues, I would not recommend this Post Office due to the fact that there is a constant wax melt and the place smells of no fresh air , just vanilla wax candle!

Wouldn’t trust them to deliver any packages. Just lost another claimed to be left in a parcel locker, yet the key was not left in my mailbox. Meaning they left it in someone’s else’s. This isn’t the first time either, I’d rather them not deliver ANY of my mail.

Needed help shipping an international package and the person who helped me was very patient and helped me fill out the customs form correctly although I had made a few errors initially. It was my first time shipping something internationally so the extra care was much appreciated!!

I would like to know why my mail and especially package delivery is getting worse. One day I get my mail/packages at 12pm, then the next day 3pm, then the next date 5pm, then the next day 7pm. Don't they have a set schedule. It used to be around 2pm for years. Now it is all over the place and absolutely makes no sense. What is gping on with the Hermiston mail delivery? Especially when my items were on the truck at 6am.
