Polite,curteous,ambitious people there.i love having my mail delivered to the p.o.they watch the box for anything out of the norm they contact you immediately to solve the issue.but there to see your mail get through,To you..a real hometown feel of no worries. ..I love Halsey p.o..glad they're there for me.real reliable crew

Julie has been so helpful when I had package tracking issues across the country, she investigated and called me back. The other women there are friendly and helpful, and Tyler is a great delivery person. When a new delivery driver covered for him (probably his vacation), they delivered my package to the wrong address, but the desk staff made sure to get it back and re-deliver to me. I don't understand the other negative reviews on here, at all.
