- SWSplig Whitter1 day ago1.0Ups is garbage. Some trouble with them having the address across the street to deliver the package to. 3 days later they say they will have it at my address(across the street) and there is nothing anyone can do to make it faster. Absolute trash!
- KHkyle hachiya6 days ago1.0The staff here is so slow The will leave in the middle of helping you go get a snack and wash their hands and then start helping someone else Then they try to get mad at you hahahaha complete garbage staff The manger just sits in back and doesn’t do anything to help the staff it’s crazy hahaha miss the old owners

I asked the lady at the counter if I could please use the tape to seal the box. She refused and said if I need tape I can purchase some off the wall. The box was huge, I didn't have my purse just my phone and the lady couldn't just be kind? She said store policy won't allow her to let me use the tape. I then got in my car drove to the 181st location and the lady kindly let me use the tape. She said its not a store policy and she was happy to help me. Im sure the owner will respond trying to justify and say im wrong but the point is customer service shouldn't be case by case or store by store. I will never return to the gresham location even though its convenient over a silly piece of tape. That is the impact poor unreasonable customer service has.
