When I had issues with my address after moving, they were quick to fix the problem and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner. The staff were very communicative with me both in person and over the phone during this process. I'm glad that this is my local post office now!

I’ve had 10+ separate incidents where packages were delivered to the wrong address or left with neighbors, resulting in hundreds of dollars in missing items and repeated time spent escalating issues with the post office in Gresham. Occasional mistakes happen, but this is not occasional—it’s a consistent pattern. I lived in Vancouver for a number of years and did not experience anything close to this level of delivery failure. Customers should not have to routinely track down their own packages or absorb the burden of USPS errors. This location needs immediate improvement in carrier accuracy, accountability, and follow-through when items are misdelivered.

I enjoyed the tall white nerdy manager he was always cool and nice but haven’t seen him in a while. But if you CAN go to any other USPS besides this one.
