I have had great interactions with the staff here. They often look overworked but still are helpful and friendly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My photo looks horrible with raccoon eyes and blurry. A waste of time and money because blurry photos is the primary reason for rejection. I can tell you WHY the photo turned out this way. First of all, there was a comment made by the employee that none of them are really good at it. Second, she stands far away and relies on zoom to get the right size of face in the picture instead of standing close enough to get the right proportions. I don’t think the camera is good quality either, but the employee skills are greatly lacking.

The staff here are efficient, fast, and friendly. When I had issues with my address after moving, they were quick to fix the problem and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner. The staff were very communicative with me both in person and over the phone during this process. I'm glad that this is my local post office now!

I’ve lived in Gresham for over two years and have experienced an ongoing pattern of mis deliveries that is unacceptable. I’ve had 10+ separate incidents where packages were delivered to the wrong address or left with neighbors, resulting in hundreds of dollars in missing items and repeated time spent escalating issues with the post office in Gresham. Occasional mistakes happen, but this is not occasional—it’s a consistent pattern. I lived in Vancouver for a number of years and did not experience anything close to this level of delivery failure. Customers should not have to routinely track down their own packages or absorb the burden of USPS errors. This location needs immediate improvement in carrier accuracy, accountability, and follow-through when items are misdelivered.
