  I ordered a single test copy on a certain paper. They called to ask if I could substitute a different paper, as the original was out of stock. I said yes. Then, 2 days later, I ordered multiple copies of the final version, to be printed on that paper that was out of stock for my previous order. Instead of calling again to confirm a substitution, as that paper was apparently still out of stock, they applied my instructions for my single copy test printed to the batch of my final prints. When I requested a reprint, they redid the order on the correct paper 4 days later... okay, great. EXCEPT: Instead of using the original image for the reprint, they scanned one of the copies printed on the wrong paper and used that image for the reprint. The color on the redone batch of my final copies is overall desaturated, the margins are askew, and the front and back images are not perfectly aligned as they had been in the original file. I did not change the file or submit a new file for the reprint. The original batch printed on the wrong paper does not have these issues. The print associate simply thought that a scan of the images would be equivalent to printing from the original files. I was over the color issues, but decided to write this review after going to cut out my images and noticing the margins were all crooked, after I had taken great care to ensure the original image was perfectly straight. Please carefully review whatever they hand back to you over the print counter.
