Recently the GM from Medford came the the GP location and just threw out orders from the pickup bins - unfortunately for me, she threw out my postcard backings that I had purchased and brought in, asking only for them to be trimmed in size a bit. Literally throwing out customer property at that point, and within under a month of dropping it off - against company policy. I was nice to the employee who had to break the news to me, but it is just so frustrating that every single print project (or now simple cut project) has somehow been messed up, delayed, or simply tossed out. I see a very high turnover in employment and get turned away a lot because they are too busy to take on the project - or machines broken and out of service. The worst print shop in town!
