- KMKay MDec 17, 20242.0This post office has exceptional service by most of the clerks in the last 20 years. If Rina is the only one working, I’ll not go in to pick up my package. She is very rude, knows everything so won’t listen. I’ve seen her snap at slow speaking person for having a hard time saying words. The young man and the post master are wonderful people. I feel sorry that they have to work with a negative person. If she wasn’t there, I would give them 5 stars.

- ASAngela Radonski /simmonsSep 6, 20185.0I walk with the aid of a walker so, the first thing I notice about a business is if their door lite or heavy and the Post Offices doors were nice and lite. So, kudos goes to the Grand Ronde Post Office for being handicap friendly! I went into the Post Office and had a quick look around, I didn't want to bother the Post Office workers. From what I could see the place was nice and clean and they had a whole wall of PO BOXES. And they were stocked with all the right materials one would need to mail a package or an envelope.

I talked to a lady who sounded legitimately like the nicest person in the world, and she KNEW the business I had sent mail to, and was able to confirm that a representative of the business had come and picked up the mail I had sent. I don't know much about this locale, but if I was impressed enough to write a google review based off one phone call interaction, the world needs to take note of what this USPS office is doing RIGHT!
