- NNNanachanJan 18, 20231.0I wish I could say I loved this place because I have been here for years. But SOME of the people that are working here have been rude. There hasn't been a successful experience with packages I order. They have LOST everything I order and my packages stay there even though the tracking says "delivered" if this happened just one or 2 times I understand. But this is constant. I even had a cellphone that was signed for by an employee and tracking said delivered go missing. Since it was signed for by an employee I was going to have to buy another cellphone! I was fed up.. I mentioned to take them to small claims. After this they found my package less than a minute later. (This package stayed in their possession for a week!) I am very upset over this and it is truly unfortunate.... But as of now I will no longer have packages sent here. I will have them sent in Roseburg. I hope they get a better system set up. I used to love this place.
