We didn’t notice that we forgot it until we were back home 400 miles away. After much ado, the rental manager finally located our container. We had already contacted Joe at Shipping Solutions and his expertise made us comfortable that he would take care of our items which included an expensive camera and lenses. The manager got our cargo to Joe, and he meticulously wrapped our gear and did a phenomenal job packaging everything properly for shipping. Our package arrived on our doorstep less than 24 hours later. It even had a paper receipt inside. THANK YOU JOE!!!! He made a stressful situation much easier.
