  They charge 5.00 to receive a package! Highway robbery!!!! Went to the post office for general delivery instead.......free!

  Above and beyond service! I will always use this place for any shopping I do. I needed to rebox some items I had messed up the mailing labels on and Instead of going home to redo it Tony helped me remove the labels and rebox with the right lables and corresponding item (was an amazon return that had to be shipped separate because of the way amazon does returns). The point is she helped me get it done saving me a trip back. Another time I shipped a return to kohl’s and a few weeks later learned kohl’s hadn’t credited me for 4 items in that return, to do anything they wanted a tracking # (which of course I no longer had) I asked Tony if they had a record by chance of prior shipments tracking info, she was able to go back in the computer and found the information I needed going above and beyond to help me.
