The smugness you're met with after saying you booked an appointment is through the roof. They don't care how that affects you. Bottom line, go to gateway. Now I have to do walk in hours somewhere and take a day off from work. USPS wonders why they're getting outsourced..

They “attempted delivery” to my apartment, but I was home at the exact time when they “tried” and they didn’t even try to buzz up to my room, OR put it in my mailbox. So lazy. They said they would “try to deliver again soon” but after a few days they didn’t try at all and just placed it at the usps facility for pickup. I DON’T HAVE A CAR, IM A COLLEGE STUDENT. I have no way to pick it up. Oh and even if i could, it just says “help at carrier locations for pickup”. No address. THERES 3 USPS IN EUGENE IM NOT GOING ON A WILD GOOSE HUNT. I tried calling and couldn’t get connected with an agent, I could just submit a redelivery request but they’re still not redelivering it!! Horrible experience and now i’m out like $30. Never recommending usps again, I will stop shipping with them completely after this.
