- RRReznerrApr 3, 20261.0Was helped by Rebekah who didn't bother to greet me, assumed what I needed, ignored me for her terminal and tried to guilt me by stating she threw out her back. Then tells me she hopes I have a better day. I don't know what happened to common courtesy, but in my experience you at least greet your customers and ask them how you can help them. I had very specific instructions I needed to relay and she turned away because her terminal was more important? You want your customers to be pleasant, Greet them, ask how you can help, wait for them to explain, then acknowledge the need and state what you need. Courtesy breeds pleasantry. I feel for the back, but if she can't do her job properly she should be on FMLA.

- THTaci HolmJan 16, 20263.0The Fed ex is great but I was distracted when I parked in the back, planning on getting in and out and didn’t pay for parking. When I came out I had a $51.50 dollar parking ticket by Diamond parking that said they would up it to $103.00 if I didn’t pay it in 5 days. I went home and paid immediately and plan to never park in that parking lot again or just go to another Fed ex!
