Explained I needed an extension on mail being forwarded from my dads estate to my house and she said there’s no exceptions even though I had proof that we’re still in probate. When it comes to court orders, exceptions should be made. Unbelievable.

I put them in the mail on the 8th of December, 2025 and as of today 24 December, 2025 the package was delivered, and the two cards with gift cards have not been received. I feel that I made a mistake by telling the worker that there were gift cards in the envelope. Apparently other cards with gift cards have been stolen by the people that work at the post office. My receipt says expected delivery should have been on December 15. Kind of puts a damper in Christmas for the people that were supposed to receive these gifts.

- TWTaylor WestbrooksAug 12, 20251.0I have never had more checks and packages not be delivered on time or at all since living at this address and dealing with this specific postal office it’s ridiculous, they states a packed I was supposed to receive yesterday was “undeliverable” even though I put just drop at door… my husband goes in there this morning and they say they can’t find it and the driver is “new” and will try again today the mail doesn’t even show up today at all…
