Absolutely useless man they have at the window. Big hair bun and beard. Gives you the most useless info so he doesn’t have to do much. The whole reason people come to the window is for help and this guy is just there to do the simple task and tell you to figure it out on the website if he has to do more. Absolutely useless worker.

I’m very disappointed with how my certified mail was handled at this post office. The carrier never came to my door (I live in an apartment building) and simply left a “final notice” slip in my mailbox — there was no prior delivery attempt or chance to sign for it. To make matters worse, the QR code on the final notice didn’t work, so I wasn’t even able to reschedule the delivery online. When I went to the post office in person, they told me the letter had already been returned to sender — just a few days after leaving that “final” notice. This was an important and time-sensitive certified mail, and the lack of proper delivery attempts or working technology made it impossible to receive it in time. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope USPS improves the way certified is handled — especially for apartment residents — to ensure people actually have a fair chance to receive their mail before it’s returned.

Wish I could give zero stars. It’s 9/24/25 the person who “helped” me at the front desk was a long haired man with a beard. Incredibly short, rude and disrespectful zero customer service opened the window so he could help me walked away from me. Midsentence proceeded to ignore me. I stood back in line and he told me the most basic thing he could’ve just told me before walking away. Absolutely terrible go somewhere else for your mail that man needs to be fired.

I made an appointment online to get my passport, and when I arrived I was informed the ONE person trained to do that was out of town for over a week. No call or anything letting me know the appointment time was not available. Why can I make an appointment at a time when no one is available? It wastes people’s time and money. I was also met with a very rude and dismissive attitude from the person working at the front desk. Don’t get your passport here

This Post Office was built in 1939 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. This is a beautiful historic building and a must see.
