I ordered brake pads, because my brakes are going out. When it said"delivered", it wasn't. When we looked up the history at the post office near my house, it has information that was false entered into it. Indicating theft. When I try calling to speak with a person, the phones just ring, then hang up. I now have no safe transportation, and they don't even care. They need an overhaul. Not even worth one star.

To be honest, I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I have had multiple issues with this post office, starting with the horrible service from the man with the beard and ponytail. He was extremely rude and had awful customer service. Every time I asked a question, he gave some short, dismissive answer that clearly felt like he was just trying to get me to go away. When I came back or asked another employee for help, he acted visibly angry, even though he truly provided no help at all. I understand people can have bad days, but it is never acceptable to treat customers like they’re stupid or should “know better,” especially when the questions are literally about HIS job at the post office. I had a package returned, and all he said was, “We’ll look for it and give you a call.” That was it. No explanation, no details, no reassurance. Because his response was not helpful or clear at all, we went to another worker at the counter. The woman helping us was polite, professional, and actually explained the situation. She gave us a much better rundown and even went to the back to check, unlike the man who just brushed us off. While she was helping us, he stared over at us like we were being problematic, simply because we needed real assistance that he failed to provide. We ended up coming back a total of two more times to check on the package, even though they said they would call us. When we arrived one of those times, he told us the package had been processed literally five minutes before we got there, meaning now we have to wait for it to be returned to the sender and sent back again. The most frustrating part is that he was extremely persistent and annoyed that we kept coming in instead of “waiting for the call,” yet they still missed it. I understand it can be difficult to track one specific package, but the attitude, lack of effort, and hostility toward customers made this entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and this location seriously needs to address it.

Was never notified of a mail hold due to our box being broken into went to Willamette street post office and was told I could only get my mail if I showed my ID and the deed to my house they would not give me my business mail or my husbands mail without a business card and tax ID THAT THEY WOULD KEEP ON THE COUNTER. Are you kidding me??? Had same address for over 30 years!!! After them telling me it could be a year or more to repair the box I decided to get a mailbox at the ups store and so happy I did. The worst customer service and Ben is the absolute worst customer service agent ever. What a bunch of misfits working at this location 😡

Absolutely useless man they have at the window. Big hair bun and beard. Gives you the most useless info so he doesn’t have to do much. The whole reason people come to the window is for help and this guy is just there to do the simple task and tell you to figure it out on the website if he has to do more. Absolutely useless worker.

I’m very disappointed with how my certified mail was handled at this post office. The carrier never came to my door (I live in an apartment building) and simply left a “final notice” slip in my mailbox — there was no prior delivery attempt or chance to sign for it. To make matters worse, the QR code on the final notice didn’t work, so I wasn’t even able to reschedule the delivery online. When I went to the post office in person, they told me the letter had already been returned to sender — just a few days after leaving that “final” notice. This was an important and time-sensitive certified mail, and the lack of proper delivery attempts or working technology made it impossible to receive it in time. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope USPS improves the way certified is handled — especially for apartment residents — to ensure people actually have a fair chance to receive their mail before it’s returned.
