If you are lucky to get someone, they will not care and talk down to you, while lying that someone will call you back to assist. Then hang up on you. They are disorganized, they don't deliver on time, my mail constantly gets delivered to the wrong address. I constantly receive mail that isn't mine and they won't take it back. Any time I ask I get the same "We are just hiring, and we HOPE the new guy doesn't quit." I can understand budget cuts cause shortages, but it doesn't account for the ignorant employees and rude customer services.
