    No one answers the phone and if they do? They will hang up on you. If you are lucky to get someone, they will not care and talk down to you, while lying that someone will call you back to assist. Then hang up on you. They are disorganized, they don't deliver on time, my mail constantly gets delivered to the wrong address. I constantly receive mail that isn't mine and they won't take it back. Any time I ask I get the same "We are just hiring, and we HOPE the new guy doesn't quit." I can understand budget cuts cause shortages, but it doesn't account for the ignorant employees and rude customer services.

    I had a delivery today you will not answer your phone. They said that my mailbox is for our oversized. Well that’s BS. My mailbox wasn’t full and yes, it is oversized. My gate was wide open and normally the mail people live it there so either your mail Carrier Lead as I was up and awake awaiting for my package delivery they never stopped by

    Every time I went to the post office and went to the post clerks, they treated me with respect and courtesy. At times when the waiting lines were extremely long, they continued to be courteous and helpful! They do the very best they can in tense situations!
