My delivery driver missed me, so when I called to ask where I could pick up the package I was told UPS if a franchise so I have to call corporate. Great 40 hold time. I love that. My question is this WHY would you make someone wait a whole weekend until another attempt to deliver. Then why do you NOT give a location for pick up? I am getting a phone delivered and a dead line by 9/21 is crucial to keep my number. So because I am working I have to wait a whole weekend until I can attempt to get it? People work Monday thru Friday! Is this seriously happening. Make it right. This is WILD TO ME.
