The team members are patient with customers and efficient in their work. This week I took a stack of returns and Elias was the only person on the counter. While I was there I watched him do an awesome job helping me as well as people in the other lanes, bouncing back and forth taking care of everyone at once like a boss. In spite of being busy, he still took the time to show me how to navigatethe new Amazon return interface on my phone. I highly recommend them; when I'm in Eugene, I won't go anywhere else.
