  I was returning a laptop to the seller and after dropping off the box and returning home, realized I had neglected to include the power supply. I went back to Fedex, and Anna cheerfully and quickly ripped open the box, added the item, resealed it, and fixed my problem. We need more Annas in this world.

  I have truly never met anyone as kind as Anna. She is so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and sincerely caring. She remembers the customers and goes above and beyond to help everyone. And her ability to multi-task and help several customers at the same time is amazing! She knows that everyone is usually in a hurry and goes out of her way to help you as fast as possible. I was in there yesterday using the self service printer but my document was the wrong size. She offered to manually resize every page of the document for me on her own computer and was even able to do it while still helping every other customer that walked in! She is truly the best! The manager Joel, is equally incredible! He is so kind to everyone and goes above and beyond to help just like Anna. It's just an all around positive environment. I've been to the other FedEx locations in Eugene and the service doesn't even compare to this location. Anna and Joel both deserve a raise!

  This is a horrible branch to deal with. The staff go out of their way to play games and give you the runaround when you go to pick up a package. Probably need to fire everyone and start over.

  I pop in here every once in a while go print something, and I've always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Which made me think of them this weekend when I had a poster that was supposed to print at Walmart, but their machine broke down. I needed it done by the end of the day Friday, and I called in the afternoon that same day hoping they might be able to help. I talked to Joel who was helpful and just instructed me on how to submit the file via email. He said that he'd have it done by 30 mins before closing. We arrived about 15 mins before that time because we were on our way home and thought we'd check to see if it was done and it was! It looked just as we would expect it to. I was thankful for the personal service and the effort taken to make it happen same day.

  It was busy but the staff was friendly and thorough. Worked swiftly to make sure each customer is satisfied and packages handled with care
